We offer 1-on-1, partner, 3-4 and 5-8 training experiences. During your session, you’ll receive 1-on-1 attention from our trainers, who will provide feedback, instruction, and motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals. You’ll also learn new exercises and techniques to help you stay on track to achieving your fitness goals.

Monday – Thursday 5:00 – 8:00pm
Friday 5:00 – 6:00pm
Saturday 6:00 – 3:00pm
Sunday 6:00 – 12:00pm
Facility will be accessible 15:00 pre & post session
Next day requests must by submitted during normal business hours of previous day, to secure appointment
BASE does not guarantee all requested times, but will always do its best to accommodate training times based on facility capacity.
