Coach Steve Gray, founder of the BUILT Method, will be in contact, to discuss your intake form, and answer questions about training.
4) PROGRAMS & PACKAGES
BUILT© is an advanced and customized approach to human and sports performance coaching – 1on1, partner, (3-4), or (5-8)
**Adults and Athlete’s are expected to have finite goals and training windows
We offer 8/12/24/48-Week Blocks

45:00 or 60:00 Sessions
4-Week Billing Cycles
5)BASELINE + DIAGNOSTIC TESTING
Meet with BUILT© Coach – Complete workout + integrated testing based on primary sport or performance goal.
6) TRAINING SCHEDULE
For most effective results – we ask our clients to schedule at least 1-week in advance, to ensure consistency and execution
7) CUSTOM PROGRAM
Following your testing day + intake form consideration – A program will be created and uploaded to your Trainheroic Profile
