WHAT ARE COMBINE DAYS?
Are you an athlete that is prepping for college next year that is looking to increase overall speed and force production?
Is your son, or daughter looking to find ways to improve upon overall biomechanics for speed training?

Are you an Athlete / Parent of an Athlete want wants to see improvements in the 40-yard or 60-Yard dash??
Introducing: COMBINE DAYS and TRIPLE THREAT SPEED CLINIC
COMBINE DAYS: BASE Fit Performance Coaches will be conducting Combine Days to ensure we receive all necessary data prior to having Athletes enroll into TRIPLE THREAT SPEED CLINIC
All Data received will be used to create programs and guidelines for each athlete to improve upon to ensure they are receiving the correct stimulation to enhance their speed mechanics or biomechanics (Kangaroo vs. Gorilla)
Combine Days will include: Laser Times 40-yard or 60-yard Dash, 5-10-5, Broad Jump, Vertical Jump, Squat and Bench Maxing (3RM or 1RM)
WHO: Combine Days are for athletes 9th Grade -12th grade or College (Male and Female)
WHEN: June 11th, 18th, and 25th
WHERE: Riverside Brookfield High School (Field & Weight Room)
TIME: 11 am OR 1:00 pm (MAX 8 Per Session)
PRICE: $25 – ATHLETES MAY ONLY SIGN UP FOR (1) COMBINE DAY
