12:00 “Behavior” – setting the tone, structure, discipline, and modified potentiation for the athlete’s work

12:00 “Understanding” – introduction + technical coaching of the athletes (Speed/Power Focused – Lever Mechanics/Coordination/Force Absorption)

12:00 “Isometric/Isotonic” – Upper + Lower Resistance Training + Exploring Range of Motion/Neuromuscular Proficiency

12:00 “Load” – Safely introducing athletes to weight + volume + intensity

12:00 “Tough” – Compete – Daily Team/Individual Orientated Competition

This Program Will Improve

  • LEADERSHIP – Athlete’s will be coached – and expected to emerge as confident, disciplined, and tough leaders amongst their peers and competitors
  • SPEED – Acceleration/Neural Drive – Technical Coaching/Optimizing Angular Collisions – Stretch Shortening + Elastic Strength
  • COORDINATION & Body Control through Isometrics, and daily deceleration work
  • EACH Athlete’s ability with Free Weight Compound Lifts – teaching athletes how to properly self-organize under load (Barbells. Dumbbells, Kettlebells)
  • ATHLETIC Development – JV Program will enhance performance in all sports, for this developmental age group
