GET STARTED

Small group offerings for grades (4-8) and High School athletes. Introductory and advanced programs to build lean mass, increase force production, enhance power, and maximize speed. 

I started going to base in October and the five months I have been there I have gotten stronger, learned new exercises and drills, and made special bonds with coaches. I’ve learned strong work ethic and to work with others. All of the coaches I work with are fun to be around but also push me to do my best. I have gotten better depth on my front and back squats, pull ups, and box jumps. Since October my mental health has had a bad stretch these last few months, however there isn’t a day that I don’t enjoy going to BASE and I can always get a smile on my face when I am there. I am also beyond excited to see how working out on a regular basis will improve in my softball hitting as my legs have gotten much stronger since I’ve been at BASE. I am excited to continue to work out at BASE as I get older and stronger.
