Gill has been putting in the work this off-season.  With club volleyball ending for her, we  have transitioned to tailor movements to her needs and timeline.  This has involved incorporating speed/change of direction plyos/strength work.  Sprint training @ shorter distances continues to improve acceleration and athleticism.  Gill plays as a libero, so focusing on COD mechanics as well as rotational med ball work has been a major focus – Head Coach Miguel

When it comes to Olympic Lifting, using progressions to help teach movements and positions is key to produce force in a fast manner.  Many athletes leave gains on the able by not achieving the power positons in Olympic lifts.  One of Mary Grace’s goals was to improve this aspect of her lift and she crushed it!  I’m proud of all the hard work and progress she made this summer – Head Coach Miguel
