Hi My name is Hailey Markworth and I’m a Basketball player who will be headed to Winona State University this upcoming fall. I started base shortly after my sophomore year basketball season. After playing a year of varsity basketball I realized strength, agility and speed were going to be a huge part of my game if I wanted to play at the next level. In my first weeks of base I was given a foundation for lifts according to my specific sport, basketball. With time I saw a lot of improvement in not only my lifts but basketball as well.
