We want to learn about your life journey, fitness and training experiences, outlook, and WHY you are ready to start training

30:00 (Baseline Workout – Based on our conversation, and your goals, our Coach guide you through a total body workout

This workout will help us identify mobility, stability, coordination, strength, and conditioning limitations to address in training

10:00 (Overview + Action Plan) – Review our recommendations for training program.

Based on goals, sport, and fitness level, our coach will review (3) main focuses we will want to address, based on results of workout.

5:00 (Program Overview) – Review our Programs + Scheduling + Availability.
