Movement – Neuromuscular – Our Athlete will learn and practice foundation movements – Push/Pull/Squat/Hinge and practice proficiency in 3 Planes

Athletes will work through individualized 8-Week Blocks – building lean tissue, learning maximal neural drive, increasing aerobic capacity, developing power, maximizing speed

Interoception
6th Sense – Athlete’s ability to regulate their autonomic nervous system, using breathing, and other manual tools to control their sympathetic nervous system, and prevent anxiety from inhibiting performance

Load
Force Velocity Curve – we seek to build athletes who can most efficiently absorb forces, and then re-apply these forces the fastest – Athlete will be safely overloaded, while working through compound and accessory lifts

Tough
Daily mechanical, metabolic, and cognitive stress – athletes will be provided a program, but will EXECUTE each workout as a group, led by a coach, cueing, and demanding engagement and the pursuit of excellence in every rep
